Aubrey is native to the Northwest Arkansas area. She enjoys building websites for clients who are passionate about their work. Her goal is to help them connect with their audience through carefully crafted custom websites. She also is part of Blue Zoo’s Pride.

When Aubrey isn’t developing websites, you might find her playing classical guitar on the Bentonville square, camping in the wilderness with her husband, or playing with her puppy.

Rusty Sturgeon is an Account Manager with Total Document Solutions Xerox (TDS). He has served in this role since June of this year and is dedicated to serving the Benton County community. Before coming to TDS, he worked with Culligan of Northwest Arkansas in route delivery, service and sales.

He is recently married to Erica, his favorite person to laugh with. Rusty enjoys working intentionally with people, learning about them personally and professionally in order to add value to their lives.

Eric Huber

Eric, Co-Founder/Chief Creative Officer, has been in the graphic design and marketing business for thirty years. Over that time, he has worked as a Creative Director for small agencies, the Eureka Springs A&P, and Tyson Foods, Inc. in the Corporate Communications Department. He’s also been involved in or was in charge of various non-profits, professional groups, and festivals such as The New Design School, Northwest Arkansas Art Directors Club, Fayetteville Film Festival, Eureka Springs Digital Film Festival, and WordCamp Fayetteville.

Blue Zoo Creative, now in it’s tenth year of operation, is a branding agency that focuses on telling stories to connect with their client’s customers.  “When we find people who are passionate about what they do, they light up. That’s the story I want them to share with their own customers. It’s real. It’s honest. And people can connect with that authenticity.”

Eric lives with his wife, Christi Daniels in Fayetteville, Arkansas. He spends his time playing with grandkids, writing, and learning how to help businesses grow.

Julie Horner

Julie has more than 30 years of experience in marketing to consumers and employees. Earlier in her career, Julie was a partner in a design/marketing firm in Atlanta, building strategic communications for global brands such as Coca-Cola USA, IBM Corporation and Miller Brewing. She worked at Hewitt Associates/Atlanta for 12 years, focusing on helping client successfully communicate to their employees. Julie also managed large-scale corporate initiatives for The Home Depot and Bell Atlantic. As Senior Director of Global Associate Communication at Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., Julie oversaw health, wellness and financial communications to 1.2 million U.S. and Puerto Rico employees, driving behavior and business change using creative solutions.

In her spare time, Julie enjoys expanding her significant collection of museum-quality paint-by-number paintings from the 1950’s and liberating dogs from perilous home situations.

Shoeless Design

Wes Pendergrass

Wes Pendergrass is an independent contractor that specializes in the physical staging of people, things, spaces, and events.  Pendergrass is known for his work in the pageantry arts as a visual designer/stager for Marching Band, Winter Guard, Winter Drumline, Winter Winds, Cheerleading, and Dance teams. Currently, his projects span 3 countries, 12 states, and 13 years of experience.  Until becoming full-time in the pageantry arts in 2013, Wes was a Senior Executive in Experiential Marketing for IPG on the Husqvarna, Chrysler, and Coca-Cola accounts, and before that he was an orchestral tubist in Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico—experiences that he applies in his current role to try and change the direction of his professional field.

Although specializing in pageantry arts, he takes on all projects that involve the physical staging of people, including shareholders meetings and opening ceremonies. Pendergrass is originally from Mountain Home, Arkansas and loves crafting, flip-flops, and his hairless pets.
